To get online FREE tutoring from 3 – 11 pm click on the Fort Bend Library website at www.fortbend.lib.tx.us/ .
On the left you will see a choice that says Homework tutoring. Click on it.
For online help click on Homework Help.
The first time you go to the next page you will select tenth grade in the top box and the subject, Geometry in the bottom box. A brief download will start and install. Once it is done you can click on Connect with Tutor. This will bring you to an online whiteboard with tools to write or draw on it and a chat box that the tutor will use to talk to you via live chat.
Please make sure to have the following items by Tuesday in order to help YOU be successful in Pre – Calculus!
Needed Materials
Pencil – all work must be done in pencil
2 pkg graph paper
Straight edge
1 box of tissues
Subject Spiral Notebook
Class Calendar
Three Ring Binder (1-1.5 inch spine)
Agenda/Monthly Planner
Dividers (suggested sections: 1. warm up 2. notes 3. homework 4. completed work)
TI-83 or TI-84 are preferable, calculators are available for checkout from the bookroom. If the capabilities of a graphing calculator are necessary for an in-class activity, quiz, or test, one will be provided for student use.
