Even before all of this news about earthquakes and end of time stories.
People hear gossip or news and how bad the economy is, and focus on only the bad side of things.
They talk about it, They think about it, and they add to and dissect every single subject from heaven to hell and everything in between.

Whether it be subjects about weather, war or even the end of time.
Why preach and rant about it in order to grab the attention of the people who are happy and just ravish there happy day with the info you spread.

If you wake up each day and you are able to stand up, walk or have been blessed with the smile of a child, then worry about bad things ONLY when bad is staring you right in the face.Your days will be so much more happy, and the less negative gossip you hear, The more happy your day will become.

I started a new business recently in the health and wellness industry that is exploding, it is a network marketing company, or social networking if you like, simply put, WORD OF MOUTH…

But the negativity from some, I and many other have received when talking about my new business has led me to want to share a few facts about the industry and how amazing this business is, just to add the majority i speak to about this amazing opportunity really get it and love it. I think the huge difference between the negative people from the positive is awareness !!

So a little bit about myself… My background is in the media entertainment industry as a professional makeup artist… I have been in the industry now for over 15 years, working on a professional level for the past three years and loving my job. I wasn’t actively looking for anything else but lets say my options were always open. 

So when i was presented with arbonne little did i know.. that what i was about to hear and see would have the potential to change my life forever.

What i was also hearing was that just by simply following a blue print for success i could build a multi million pound residual willable business alongside everything else that i do, and go on and teach  and coach others to do the same.

This is a 31 year old premium SWISS, BOTANICAL company founded by a Norweigien botanist and entrepreneur called Petter Mork. He wanted to create products that were quite unique in the marketplace. 

So in 1975 he joined forces with a team of leading scientists and went to work. 

And after 5 years in development he launched 19 of these remarkable products in the united states.

So Why Arbonne ? Well i am not brilliant when it comes to charts and figures, but what i did see when i was shown a ten year forecast by MERRIL LYNCH, JAYWALK, HOOVERS… was something quite remarkable…. and it also told me that i was in the right business at the right time..On the Left was a the pie chart that showed you where the health and wellness sector sat in 2005.. and where it will be in 2015 on the right…And in one of the sectors was  ANTI-AGING, that was to rise by over

And what was exciting for me is that Arbonne is uniquely positioned in all six exploding Sectors.

Anti Aging, Skincare, cosmetics, baby care, suncare, health & wellness.

The reason for this phenomenal growth has a big part to do with a demograph known as the baby boomers… this generation of people born between 1946 and 1964 are getting older and they want to look.. feel and stay younger… these people are turning sixty every seven seconds and that will continue for the next 13 years.

They want nutrition and anti ageing products… along with preventative measures..

And then you have the thirty something generation… who are looking for the botanical… the green… the ethically produced… the kind of healthy organic choices… wether its through food…products and lifestyle.

Then you have the 20 something generation who are looking for ownership looking to build businesses for themselves… they don’t want to work for anyone else… they are affectionately known as the why generation… Why do i have to do this… Why do i have to do that… Why do i have to go to college… so this generation is coming out of college without a hope of getting a job and in a lot of debt… 

They are looking for ownership they don’t want to work for someone else and make them rich… they want to build something for themselves.

And then you look again at those baby boomers who are looking for those kind of products that are also reaching retirement age… they are living longer and healthier for longer… so they are more active… and they want money to spend and also need to survive and live… And live well during that age bracket… So people that are coming up to retirement… and are at retirement age are looking at this business.

Then you have all the people in their thirties and forties looking to get out of the corporate rat race… or looking to create something on the side… which then can replace that income and give them choices for the future. So this whole health and wellness revolution… and the whole industry of having a home based business is exploding… It has been quoted many times that the health and wellness industry is set to be the next trillion dollar industry.

Did you also know 33% of cosmetics are bought online…and as recent as 2008 internet and direct sales exceeded retail sales. Also Mens grooming make up 30% of cosmetic company bases now too…So for me this was so exciting… not only was i looking at an amazing product that was unique in its marketplace… i was looking at an opportunity that was sitting in the right industry at the right time.

Now many of you here reading this wont have heard of Arbonne unless someone has told you about it.

And that’s because we pay absolutely nothing for any advertising. 

We do not pay a penny for advertising the products… or the opportunity… but you will start to see lots of things popping up in editorials. Over the past few months we have appeared in the vogue blog 3 times… we have also appeared in incredible publications. Only a few weeks ago one of our area managers was written about in the sunday telegraph money section on having a home based business. And also we are so proud to announce that we are winning awards too…..

These are people that are writing about our products and talking about our business and company without any paid advertising. And they have done it through choice and that is worth so much more than a paid advert. And it’s all built through the industry of network marketing… or social networking if you like which is simply word of mouth advertising.

Every single person reading this does network marketing every single day… we just don’t realise it and we certainly don’t get paid for doing it. How many of us has told a friend… relative about a great restaurant… or a cd… or recommended a builder… decorator ect. We all do it when we have had a great experience even if its simply just buying a bottle of wine that you loved… we tell and promote other people and products and services all the time and no-one ever pays us for doing it. 

Just imagine if we all knew how simple network marketing was and we had the opportunity to earn on every recommendation we had ever made… how much wealthier would all of us be. And thats all network marketing is… its just a clean and efficient distribution model… it’s just different from retail… instead of having the shopfront or the overheads… the products are despatched directly to consumers via consultants that spread the word. The products in a traditional retail model are manufactured… They then go through a whole series of steps to get to the consumer… so they start at the wholesaler… the warehouser… the advertising… the retailer… and then we go to the store and buy them. During that time the company has spent millions if not billions on advertising. 

In a network marketing model the product is manufactured and goes directly to the consumer via an independent consultant… who is the person that told them about it. And so the money is coming to the people who are building out their networks rather than going into the process of taking it to market… so they pay people rather than companies and all the overheads.

If you think about those products you are buying in a retail environment.. you have to pay for the product to go through all the process of getting it from the manufacturer to the consumer. So all the millions spent from getting it from A TO B is built into that product.  And by the time it hits the retailer with their costs and overheads with staff and nice fancy counters… this is all built in to that product price. 

But in network marketing and direct sales… the products are going directly from the manufacturer to the consumer so all of those costs are omitted.

SO NOT ONLY ARE YOU GETTING A FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCT YOU ARE GETTING IT AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

And the beauty is… the company pay’s the consultants for telling other people about them and the business. It is a very viable… very clean… very efficient… and a very 21st century distribution model which in fact is being taken up by some very big names and companies.

So I was interested to find out who was in network marketing.

Having written many articles on why he believes there has never been a better time to take advantage of merging the wellness and networking industries for a very successful business opportunity. He wrote… “we are seeing a convergence of economic forces leading to an enormous opportunity for those engaged in home-based business”. 

Moreover… this opportunity exists not only for mere thousands but for literally millions of individual entrepreneurs. This economic opportunity is represented by two emerging industries: wellness and network marketing.

Wherever you live.. whatever your background or skills… every single person has the ability to build a business following a system… and that for me was important. No matter how busy you are or how little time you have many people will recognise that in order to have something you have never had you have to do things that you have never done. 

So knowing that there was a simple duplicable system in place… Called the results approach just made everything fit into place. And how we do that… Well we do that by sharing the business and leaving with them products to try.

When i started my Arbonne business i knew that just by duplicating what my upline had taught me would help me build a successful business. So i bought eight gold bags filled with our flagship anti ageing range the Re9 Advanced, that we lead our business with.. its the key flagship product that we have… and people see results.

A lot of peoples perception of network marketing is that in order to build a successful business you have to go out and sell lots and lots of products… people say to me well how much stuff do i need to sell in order to make good money.

And really the truth is… it’s not about going out and selling on our own its about all of us becoming the best Arbonne career consumers of the products… and finding a whole bunch of other people who want to to do the same… and teaching them to find there own bunch of people.

And so as it multiplies out you are creating a consumer network.

So for example in normal retail if you wanted to create a million pounds a month turnover business… you may need to employ 100 sales people to do a monthly turnover of ten thousand pounds to get your million. But what we do is turn that business model on its head.. and  rather than have a hundred people sell ten thousand a month why not find ten thousand people that just want to consume a 100 pounds a month each for them and their family, through personal use or sales. 

That is much easier to find a lot of people to do a little… rather than a few to do a lot. And that was simple… although i didn’t know ten thousand people and i am sure that very few of us do… i recognised that if i could find a handful of people and teach them how to find five or six… then their would be twenty five.. thirty of us. 

Suddenly the numbers start to multiply and i recognised that when you look at something like Facebook for example.. you may have a friend that you have 20 friends in common with…but they have over 200 friends.. and you click on one of their friends and they have 20 mutual friends with a total of 2 to three hundred friends.. and that’s how this business works.

It’s like the penny that doubles.. If i offered you a penny that doubled every day for thirty days… or a million pounds.. many of us would choose the million pounds. 

But the smart ones would choose the penny… On Day one yes its a penny..day two its 2p day three, 4p and so on by day 15 its a £163.84 , but wait ! this is where it gets interesting, by day 30 it is £5,368,709.12.

Thats The power of compounding.. and that is how this business works… so lets just imagine that you a were a penny and every day is a month.. and you just went to work.. by redirecting the monthly spend that you would put into buying your products from all the different shops that you currently buy them from… your soap your shampoo… cosmetics… shaving gel ect. 

Let’s say for instance it was a hundred pounds for the average family in the uk.. so now you have redirected that money.. you purchased your gold bags to start your business.. your Re9 sets like i did. 

I knew 8 people with skin and hair that were looking to make more money in 2011… and their are lots of people looking to make more money due to the current economy. So i went to work to introduce these products and opportunity to family friends and collegues with skin and hair… and each of them are now duplicating what i do.. they are now redirecting their money that they would spend in other shops on their personal care products.

Now if you add one person into your business every month and teach them and yourself to add another person the next month a ratio will appear, 2 becomes 4, 4 becomes 8 and so on. 

Every month by redirecting the money you would be spending and going to work with your gold bags. 

In theory if that continues to multiply month after month… you will have over 5 million people in your consumer network.. who are redirecting money that they were already spending in other peoples shops. 

So now buying it online at a discount from their own Arbonne shop. 

And all of those people are in your consumer network that are all building businesses within a business.. and its all based on the concept of time leverage.

A lot of people are not in time leverage businesses they trade their time for money.

Some people may earn ten thousand pounds a year because they work eight hours a day five days a week.. and their are other people that earn a million pounds a year… they have the same amount of hours in a day but what they have learned to do is leverage their time by benefiting from their own hours and the hours of other people. 

That is the kind of business model that network marketing is.. And allows us to benefit from our own hours and the hours of others. If i was doing ten hours a week and i have ten people doing ten hours per week.. I get paid on over 110 hrs going through my business… when i am only doing 10.. and that whole process continues to duplicate out.

Every company is built on that concept… every CEO will  leverage time of the vice president.. they leverage time of middle management and so on until you reach the employees… but the employees don’t get to leverage of anyone.

But in Arbonne we all get to benefit from the leverage.. and that was something that i l really liked.. i also recognised that all i had to do was find a handful of people that wanted to partner with me.. it was like being the CEO of my own business… finding my board of directors if you like…my partners to run with me in business… and teaching them to become the CEO of their business. Lets just say i worked with a team of 4.. just 4.. all with skin and hair that wanted to do what i did.. and i taught them to go out and find a team of 4.. if that worked down 4 or 5 leverages.. you would have over 1,300 people in your business but you only found 4.

That’s the concept of time leverage & multiplication and Thats how our business works exponential.. It is the ability to build a business around everything that you are doing.. in an industry that is exploding with products that people really need and want… And people looking to make more money in this particular economy that we are in and everybody knows is completely on its knees.

So people say to me all the time.. You know what maria this all makes complete sense.. I completely understand that it is an absolute genius business model its a business model that either you have some experience of or it’s all brand new to you.

But people want to know When they realise they can do this.. And they can fit this in around everything else that they do..

Is…What can i expect to earn ?. Well i am just going to be able to share with you some averages… I cannot predict what your business will look like because its all based on your own personal effort and skills.. But what i can do is share with you the average earnings for different levels. 

Every body starts as a consultant and they promote through the various levels we have based on volume of sales flowing through their network..

The first level is district manager… it represents volume… Its nothing to do with the district of where you live. 

A district managers average earnings are between £100 and £800 pounds a month which for most people is a phenomenal extra stream of income in this current economy. How many people hand on heart couldn’t do with an extra 5/6 hundred pounds a month by doing this part time in the odd evening & weekends..

The next level is Area Manager.

Average earnings is a thousand to two thousand pounds upwards and again who wouldn’t like an extra thousand to two thousand pounds extra a month by doing this part time.. and the time frames that are average published by arbonne are 5 to 11 months so its not like its years and years before you can start reaching that level of income by following the system… And put in the time and effort to do it… it also becomes an asset because the income you are creating is also willable.

The next level is Regional vice president 

This is the level that a lot of people get excited about.. because the company pays for you to drive a new white mercedes.  Arbonne pays you a cash bonus every month to have the mercedes of your choice as long as its white…..

Average earnings at this level are between £3 and £6000 pounds upwards..this is where it starts to now overtake the main income stream and people start to realise that this is now a career choice its the ability to have a plan A income..

The next level is National Vice President and the average earnings at this level is around £10,000 pounds upwards and for some it can be 15 or £20.000.. It is uncapped no glass ceilings in this company, and their are people earning six figure monthly income’s in Arbonne as National Vice Presidents…  

Yes they may have been in the business for over 3 years.. ten years…but i don’t know very many industries where if you just keep building and networking and showing other people…and helping other people to be successful where you can generate that kind of income from literally a laptop and a mobile phone. 

And thats all i have as business expenses. And i am building my business in that way simply by doing this and showing other people how to do the same thing.

The thing that got me so excited about this business.. 

Is simply the fact that this was the opportunity that no-one was ever going to see again in our lifetime.. This was the only thirtyone year old company in this industry that had not yet fully globalised… There was nobody.. no other company that had been around since 1980 in this industry with such a phenomenal key product that people were looking for… that was yet to Fully globalise.. we are currently in 4 countries and we are about to globalise into tens of tens of countries.. 40 to 50 countries are planned over the next ten to fifteen years.. that’s what is so exciting about this business and got me and many others excited.

This was a company that no-one had heard of but was going global.. and that now is the time to get involved.. now is the time to be a part of the business of the 21st century with a product and a company.. the only one left that hadn’t gone global after this many years.

 So i was beginning to think who do i know in australia, the usa, germany, sweden. 

Who do i know in these countries..  I may not personally know anyone, but someone i know will know someone or someone i am about to meet will know someone. And thats how it works its not always someone you know… its someone you haven’t yet met that will know someone.

So the exciting part is knowing that we are going global…

And what i have shared with all of you is just a vehicle 

A vehicle for you to create something more than you have currently got. If you are happy with everything you have in your life… your depts are all paid off your mortgage free.. you have several hundreds thousand pounds in the bank to live off with a clean smart residual income when you retire… then maybe this isn’t the business for you…

But if you have desires to have more than you currently have.. wether it be towards childrens school fees… to pay for holidays or just to ease the financial strains that many of us are experiencing.. or to have savings. 

When i was asked what i would do if my principal income stream was to end suddenly… would i be able to live comfortably from my savings… well my answer was what savings… many of us don’t have the level of savings we need based on the current interest rate

You would need literally millions in the bank to even generate a residual income of a few thousand pounds a month. 

To enable us to live the current lifestyle we have from the career we have. 

And if you were to lose that income stream… how long would you survive if you were to carry on doing what you are doing today… where will you be in 5 years time… what will your life look like… will it have changed.. will it have improved. And most people suddenly have that horrible looking in the mirror… realising.. actually maybe things wont change… maybe things will be exactly as they are… or worse.  

So just be very open and take a serious look at this business….because this business is going up with or without us..

I soon recognised that if Maria Foster from boston spa didn’t do this business someone else would… simple simple fact.. and i didn’t want to be that person who looked back five years down the line and thought ahh you know what i should have done that business… seeing them driving round in their mercedes…. their living in the nice dream home…. and although i had a comfortable lifestyle i had no long term security and no residual income….So for me this was a no brainer…. this was the opportunity of a lifetime… so i jumped in with both feet… i didn’t over evaluate it all… i just said show me what to do…. and i just got on with it… and thats exactly what i am continuing to do with an incredible team of people who was equally as smart to recognise that this business was going to grow with or without us…. and they like millions of others just want to be a part of it rather than the one’s being left on the platform waving the train out of the station.. I cannot stress enough how amazing this business is and how much it is changing my life.. and has changed the life of thousands of people in the most extraordinary way.

Taking a B complex vitamin will feed your hair. Vitamin B5 helps to metabolize protein, which are the building blocks of your hair.

Biotin helps to make keratin, which is the substance of your hair and eyelashes. Vitamin A and E both help to maintain and grow hair and eyelashes.    Omegas strengthen, moisturize, stimulate growth and help your eyelashes looker shinier and more glamorous.
